Our Approach

Grayfords is an independent, boutique law firm located in Central London. We specialise in English and International family law matters.Over the years we have developed a reputation for quality representation, sensitivity and integrity.

A Wide Range of Experience

Grayfords’ lawyers have a wide range of backgrounds and experience. We will match you with a solicitor who has the background and experience necessary to handle the complexities of your situation.

A Team Approach

Our clients benefit from the entire team at Grayfords, not just one solicitor. Our solicitors will ensure tasks are assigned to the most appropriate person and services are provided in a cost-effective way. Whether you are seeking a simple divorce, a prenuptial agreement or any other family law service, we will partner with you to help you find the best possible solution.

Compassion and Understanding

Our solicitors approach each case with the sensitivity and compassion that our clients deserve. Family law matters are never cut and dried, but instead are accompanied by a range of emotions, from anger and resentment to hope and relief. We understand how difficult this time may be for you and we focus on securing an efficient, positive resolution.

Tailored Strategies

Every client and case is unique, which is why a one-size-fits-all strategy does not work. The tactic used in one divorce case may not be appropriate for another; the approach we took in one child matter may not be how another parent wants to handle their situation. We listen to our clients’ wishes, investigate their position and build a strategy tailored to their specific needs.

A Focus on Negotiations

Family matters do not have to be adversarial. Our solicitors emphasise amicable negotiations with the opposing party in order to avoid court. Focusing on negotiations helps you minimise court fees and you can worry less about court decisions affecting your future. Even if your situation becomes adversarial, our solicitors have experience in hostile and aggressive negotiations. We will defend your rights and promote your wishes no matter how contentious the situation.

We want you to be happy with the results of your case, and we want to help you move forward with your life as soon as possible. We cannot promise a perfect ending, but we pledge to work as hard as possible to protect your rights and secure a beneficial outcome for you and your family.

An Emphasis on Transparency

We believe in keeping our clients entirely up-to-date on their cases at all times. We will never go silent or fail to notify you of changes in your case. We will consistently communicate with you through your preferred means of communication. We reply to emails and return phone calls within 24 hours. Sometimes family matters require difficult discussions and candid advice. Our solicitors do not shy away from tough topics because we want you to be fully informed about your rights and options. We are dedicated to helping you understand the best and worst case scenarios before making any decision.

91% Success Rate*

We are intensely passionate in what we do. Our incredible 91% success rate across 2015* cases attests to our strong commitment to fight for, protect and deliver what is in our client’s best interest.

Longest Free Consultation

We are a constant and reassuring presence that takes the time to learn about you and understand your story. We understand and we offer the longest free consultation of any top boutique family law firm.

We have a team of experienced solicitors who have rich knowledge in all areas of Family Law and have the relevant connections, so that we can give you the best chance at your desired outcome.

Lowest Fee

We have a 100% proven track record of keeping within our cost estimates. Our reasonable rates reflect the importance we place on relationships, over numbers.
