Parenting Can Be Hard And We’re Here To Help
At Grayfords, we understand that the demands of being a parent can be overwhelming, especially if you are facing a divorce, separation, or other family matter. Your need to prioritise your child(ren)’s well-being, despite any ongoing adverse circumstances, is as important to us as it is to you which is why we can refer you to a parenting coach who can support you on a personal level in this regard.
They are trained in accordance with their own ethical and professional code of conduct to provide tailored guidance and counselling to clients who may be struggling to manage the responsibilities of being a parent amidst personal or work-related stress, sleep deprivation, and other life commitments. Through in-person, one-on-one sessions or via telephone and Zoom calls if preferrable, you can work with them to formulate a parenting plan while also receiving personal guidance on any related issues. We can also refer you to a mental health therapist should you feel you would benefit from a deeper level of support – more information about this can be found on our Mental Health & Therapy page.

We primarily refer existing clients of the firm who find that they are having difficulty managing their family matter on a personal level. While our team of solicitors at Grayfords represent and advise them legally, the service the parenting coach offers is separate from our firm and is intended to supplement our legal advice, contributing to clients’ overall wellbeing.
As such, we can arrange a gratis initial assessment consultation for coaching therapy for onboarding clients, so don’t hesitate to contact us for further information on arranging this.
